Food here is great! I love when a burger place has veggie/impossible burgers, and this one hit the spot. The fries are just as delicious too!

Between the 2 that we ordered, I prefer the brewce's melt. The caramelized onion gives that extra boost of flavor plus It comes with their popular cosmic fries. Good customer service. There isn't a long wait for the food.

Seriously best grilled cheese I've ever had. It has such a different yet delicious flavor and it's one of my new fav foods! The service was great and quicker than they even said it would be. I like how they have a seperate area for takeout so you don't have to go in the main restaurant area.

Stopped into HopCat on Thursday night to try out their new Olympics menu. We got the American smashburger with loaded Kosmik fries, Killer Mac, and Tikka Masala fries! The American smashburger was what you can expect from a smashburger and the loaded fries were definitely loaded enough to be a knife and fork side. Mac and cheese was delicious as always and the tikka masala fries were super flavorful! We sat at the bar and service was prompt and our bartender checked up on us even though we just got waters. It was pretty quiet since we'd gotten there pretty close to close.

One of the better bars in the royal oak area. I got the mac & cheese and the roasted red pepper gouda bisque & both were very good. My friend got the truffle fries & grilled cheese and was obsessed with her food. The tropical blue rum drink was also a hit. I hope the hopcat at partridge creek is just as good!

This is a good location. We were seated in a timely manner and didn't have to wait too long to get serviced. Billy was a great server. He answered what few questions we had. Took his time, even though they were busy. The fries were my favorite. The burger wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best I've had. What I asked for wasn't what I received (no tomato, red onion etc). It wasn't a deal breaker but it's a plus when you can get exactly what you requested. There was a game on so it was a little loud. No complaints, it's what I expected. All in all I would not hesitate to come back again.

Friendly service from Kaysone. She greeted us immediately and took our order. Kaysone made sure our time at the restaurant was very nice. The hamburger special was great and the price appreciated. The restaurant is very large but we chose to sit at the bar.

Our first visit to Royal Oak HopCat in its new spacious location. It was a good move from them. Lots more space! We both enjoyed the Double burger & included crack--ooops Kozmik fries & beer. Our server and all the staff we encountered were very friendly & prompt. We quickly got our beer, and food came not long after that. We are HopCat fans, having been in one in Grand Rapids & downtown Detroit. We really enjoy the food, great beer selection on tap, unique decor at each location & the great staff they attract. We'll definitely go back; thank you HopCat!
